Step 2: Online Competency Based Assessment. You will receive an email shortly after completing your USA application. The email will contain instructions and a link to the online assessment, which takes approximately two hours to complete. Regardless of whether you receive an email to take the online assessment, the assessment must be completed 48 hours after the USA announcement closes. Step 6: Tentative job offer via email. If you pass the interview, you will receive a tentative job offer via email. This offer will also indicate the Post of Duty (POD) to which you will be assigned if you have successfully completed the recruitment process listed below.
