Magic Wallet. Basically, the trick is inspired by the Jacob’s ladder toy, the wallet opens on both sides. If a bill is placed under a ribbon on side 1 of the wallet, it will shift when the wallet is opened on side 2. But what I’m going to present here is different (while using the same principle), and the trick is more advanced as it makes money disappear. Can be considered a remix.
How To Make Money As A Magician
: When I refer to the “classic” magic wallet, I am referring to most of the magic wallets that we can see on the Internet, where money is flipped from one side of the ribbon to the other side of the ribbon in the wallet.

First, if you don’t want to 3D print the wallet (or don’t have a 3D printer), you can easily make it differently. Here are some ideas (but remember to read steps 10 through 12 to add the “disappearing money feature” to the wallet):
The wallet I designed using Tinkercad consists of 3 different parts, which I named as follows:
First, I designed a rectangular cuboid with dimensions of 75mmx55mmx3.75mm and rounded corners. The size is carefully chosen so the wallet can hold all euro coins and bills (folded). If you need detailed explanations on how to design it in Tinkercad, follow these steps:
The coin plate is ready. I also decided to add 2 notes for a rubber band to keep the money on the plate. In the end, I didn’t use it, but anyway, I proceeded like this:

The wallet is designed and collapsible. But adding custom text on the cover is a very nice feature! Here’s how I proceeded:
Once the design is done, 3D print the pieces (remember to print 2 pieces of each). You may have noticed that the text “Magic Wallet” on the cover is printed in white and the rest in black. To do so, I added the “M600” command to the gcode and changed the filament during print. Read step 4 in this instructable where I explain how to do it in more detail.
Now it’s time to assemble the pieces, starting with gluing the ribbons to the frame:
In the middle are 2 coin plates glued to each other on each side of the ribbon.

I used hot glue again and it slightly deformed the plates where I put the glue. So be careful, or use a different type of glue (E6000? Loctite?).
You can also add this “disappearing money feature” to an already existing Magic Wallet. I made a quick one out of cardboard to show you what it looks like:
To do so, you simply glue 2 pieces of paper together on each side of the middle ribbon on the wallet.
If you have a wallet with crossing ribbons, I guess it works the same way. Feel free to post a picture if you try!

To attract people, you need a trick, so wallet 1 opens on one side and the money disappears. Otherwise, they will quickly discover that the wallet opens on both sides and the money is hidden.
