Steps To Find A New Job
Before starting a new role, contact your recruiting consultant or HR representative for information on working hours and other key points (eg dress code, breaks, holidays, etc.). You should then arrange a live chat with your new line manager by phone or email to discuss what to expect on your first day. It may also be helpful to request a copy of the employee’s manuscript so you can review it beforehand.
Set your alarm early the morning before your first day so you don’t get stressed out. Take the time to prepare a nutritious, nutritious breakfast that will set you up for the day.
While commuting, listen to something that will get you in the right frame of mind for the day ahead (perhaps a calming meditation, a motivational podcast, or a Spotify playlist). When you arrive at the office, take a moment to take a breath and collect yourself.
