He was approaching 60 when his business partner Ken Wolf approached him about opening a pool hall and salon in an alley near the Denver Central Market.
When the pool hall was opened in June 2017, Gerard wanted to create a place where people come to play pool but also a place where people can meet to enjoy a great cocktail in good company. The result is something magical and unexpected with the heart from the heart of society – Gerard even held a wedding in the fall of 2018 – filled with ordinary people and beginners.

Hours of operation are Sunday – Wednesday from noon – midnight and Thursday – Saturday from noon – 2 a.m. Table Prices range from $5/hour – $18/hour depending on the day and time.
